ITHS TEACHERS HAD A WORKSHOP SESSION WITH LAW ENFORCES
Both law enforcers and teachers at the International Turkish Hope School collaborated together today to tackle security matters following the recent events in Dhaka. As part of a workshop the Commanding Officer of Rapid Action Battalion-1, Lieutenant Colonel, Tuhin Mohammad Masud, G, Artillary deliberated a speech concerning the collaboration with law enforcers in security matters.
The outcome at the end of the workshop was very promising for all the participants. As teachers and administrators had the opportunity to ask questions related to their future safety and foremost that of their pupils. Possible solutions were also discussed regarding the active involvement of teachers and parents in identifying possible risks. The session included both the awareness of radicalization in students and how educators can identify potential threats.
Here, at the International Turkish Hope School we try to ensure the best possible safety for both, our pupils and staff members. We feel privileged and honored that the law enforcement spent valuable time to reassure, explain and answer questions, which are on everybody’s mind after the terrible incidents took place globally.
